8 Months

So I am terrible at blogging about our little girl. Well I am terrible at blogging in general. She is now 8 whole months. Less than 4 months away from being one. How is that even possible?? A lot changed for this little one this month and I feel like she is no longer a baby, but a little girl!

• She officially started crawling! Yes there is a video, I will try and post it!
• Brooklynn got two teeth! They came in a week apart. Both bottom. She bit mama a bunch but now has them all figured out and knows if she bites she doesn't get more milk.
• In the process of crawling has started to try and stand up on her own. She can pull up with your hands or on items like the couch, but so wants to learn to stand and walk on her own.
• She is more timid about men lately. Even Grandpa. She just isn't super sure about her mama not being right next to her.
• Brooklynn has become a mama's girl lately!
• She loved the beach! Tried to eat sand any chance she got!
• Daddy likes to do things with her like the carosel. She loved this! 
• She now eats some meats and protiens. We are still trying different ones. SO here is an updated list of the things she has tried lately.
• Chicken, Pot roast, potatos, pasta, eggs, cheese, plums, yogurt, peaches, cottage cheese, toast.... basically anything mama will give her!
• Brooklynn will sit up in her crib when she doesn't want to nap. Not as cute as it seems.
