Baby Shower!

My Aunt Patti and my sister Brittany threw us the most beautiful baby shower this weekend! We had a great time and got some wonderful gifts for our little Brooklynn. I had a few pictures taken on my camera, but my dad's camera has most of them (which I haven't gotten from him yet). So here are just a few pictures from the shower!

32 weeks

Just a quick baby update. I had a regular appointment yesterday. Everything still looks great. My weight gain is right on track. and I measured at 31.5 weeks, which depending on which due date you go by is perfect.

We also had our first childbirth class last night. It went really well. I am slightly more overwhelmed now, just because of how close the big day is. I still can't believe that in 8 weeks or less I will be holding our little girl in my arms!

sleep... and weekend wishes (updated)

Well it is Friday! Quite possibly my favorite day! I thought I might make a weekend wish list to share with all of you. As my days left of being pregnant are numbered, I figure my lists will get longer and longer and fewer things accomplished once she gets here. So let's see how I do this weekend.

• Scrapbook at least SIX pages!
• Put out Fall Decor.
• Get envelopes for Thank-You's.
• Pick up my Bountiful Basket and meal plan for next week. (meal planning could be a challenge as our week looks pretty busy!)
• Get Brooklynn's shower head installed.
• Finish chapter one of Crazy Love
• Have an awesome meeting with LifeGroup girls! So excited to have seniors!
• Look for a valance and a rug for Brooklynn's room. Oh and shelves. Possibly make an IKEA run. (next weekend)

I think that makes for a busy enough weekend. Especially running on less and less sleep. I feel tired a lot more lately. I guess that just means she is coming soon! 8 weeks left until we meet her!
